Shipping & Delivery
Most orders arrive within 7β14 business days. Larger items like massage chairs and adjustable beds ship via freight carrier and require scheduling a delivery appointment. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Yes. All orders ship free to the contiguous 48 states (lower 48). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Free freight delivery means your order is delivered to your door or garage. The driver will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window. This is curbside or threshold delivery β it does not include moving the item inside your home or assembly. Delivery upgrade options may be available depending on the brand and item
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Freight shipments may take 24β48 hours to show movement after pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition with all original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, document it immediately at delivery β note the damage on the delivery receipt and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@reclinewell.com and we will arrange a resolution at no cost to you.
Assembled, used, or modified items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective.

Most products require minimal assembly typically attaching the base or headrest and can be completed without professional installation. Step-by-step instructions are included. Full assembly services are not included unless specifically noted.
Space requirements vary by model. Wall-hugger recliners require as little as 6 inches of clearance from the wall. Standard recliners and massage chairs may need 24β36 inches behind the chair for full recline. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
