Assembly
Arrives with minimal assembly, typically just attaching the seat back. Most chairs are ready to use within minutes.
Returns
If it is not the right fit, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Contact ReclineWell support and we will guide you through it. Return shipping and any applicable restocking fees may apply depending on condition.
Warranty
Backed by the manufacturer's warranty: 3 years on the lift motor and 1 year on the fabric, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, commercial use, or normal wear and tear.
