Shipping

The Wexford ships free within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within roughly 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location. Please make sure your delivery path includes a doorway at least 32 inches wide. You will receive tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Assembly

Arrives with minimal assembly required. Simply plug it in and you are ready to recline.

Returns

If it is not the right fit, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Contact ReclineWell support and we will guide you through it. Return shipping and any applicable restocking fees may apply depending on condition.

Warranty

Covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including the power motor and electrical components. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, commercial use, or normal wear and tear.
