Shipping
The BT3000 ships free within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within roughly 1 to 2 weeks by freight or ground carrier, depending on your location. You will receive tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Returns
Approved returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with the original packaging and your receipt. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return transportation is arranged and paid by the customer. Special-order items cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 to 10 business days of inspection.
Damage
Inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or defect to ReclineWell within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement parts, or a certified technician as needed.
Warranty
Covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, typically one year from the date of purchase (coverage can vary by model). It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, commercial use, or normal wear and tear.
