It arrives 90% pre-assembled in a single box, so setup is as simple as attaching the legrest with the included tools. The chair fits through any doorway wider than 30 inches.
Prefer a hands-off setup? White Glove Service with full in-home installation is available as a $250 add-on at checkout. Local self-pickup is also available at the Ontario, California warehouse.
Warranty
The KZ-605 is covered by KoziSense's manufacturer warranty: lifetime virtual technical support, 1 year of full service covering both labor and parts, and an additional 3 years of free parts. As an authorized KoziSense dealer, ReclineWell ensures your warranty is registered and valid from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, commercial use, or normal wear and tear.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with the item in its original condition and packaging. Contact ReclineWell support to start a return and receive return instructions and authorization. Return shipping and any applicable restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the item.
