The Falcon II ships free within the contiguous United States, direct from the manufacturer's California warehouse. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery, depending on your location. You will receive tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Returns

Adjustable bases are a final-sale item. Your order may be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships; once it has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please confirm your size and specifications before ordering.

Damage

Inspect your base on arrival. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact ReclineWell within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or replacement parts at no cost to you.

Warranty

Covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including the motors and electrical components. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, commercial use, or normal wear and tear.
