Shipping & Warranty
Pre-Order and Shipping
The Kahuna DIOS FLEXA is available for pre-order and is scheduled to ship on August 15, 2026. Reserving now locks in the current pre-order price. Once available, the chair ships direct from Kahuna's US warehouse via freight carrier, with standard delivery of 10 to 14 business days after the ship date. Shipping cost is calculated based on distance from the warehouse to your delivery address and confirmed at checkout.
White Glove Delivery is available as an add-on, including in-home delivery, placement in your room of choice and setup. The FLEXA arrives fully assembled. Standard freight delivery is curbside only. White Glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Customers are responsible for return freight charges and a restocking fee of 15% to 35% depending on the condition of the item. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund is issued for the purchase total minus freight and restocking fees. Original packaging is required for all returns. Products returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
To start a return, contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
Warranty
The DIOS FLEXA is covered by Kahuna's 2-year limited manufacturer warranty. As an authorized Kahuna dealer, ReclineWell ensures your warranty is fully registered and valid from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased from Kahuna directly or through an authorized dealer such as ReclineWell.
The warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or external causes such as natural disasters. Animal damage, liquid damage and accidental damage are also not covered. If the chair is used in a commercial setting rather than for personal residential use, the warranty may not apply.
