Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective, is materially different from its description, or does not function as described. Items must be in original condition with original packaging, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before shipping anything back.
Damage
Inspect your order on arrival. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact ReclineWell within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement parts, or a replacement at no cost to you.
Warranty
Covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, commercial use, or normal wear and tear.
