Built-in lumbar heat offers three levels (high, medium and low) with an automatic shut-off after about 20 minutes, and a three-stage lumbar massage cycles through steady, wave and pulse modes to ease tension in your lower back. A zero-draw USB port keeps your phone charged and only pulls power when something is plugged in.
Practical touches round it out: storage armrests with two built-in cup holders keep drinks and essentials within reach, and the durable poly and faux leather upholstery is made to hold up to everyday lounging.
Shipping
The WhipLash ships free within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within roughly 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location. You will receive tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Returns
Approved returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with the original packaging and your receipt. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return transportation is arranged and paid by the customer. Special-order items cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 to 10 business days of inspection.
Damage
Inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or defect to ReclineWell within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement parts, or a certified technician as needed.
Warranty
Covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, typically one year from the date of purchase (coverage can vary by model). It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, commercial use, or normal wear and tear.
